A Response to the following from my previous review:



"This is bull before the patio was built we had plans drawn up and you approved them. And a contract was drawn up. Half way through the project you decided you wanted to change from the orginal plans we advised you not to, informing you that it might leak you still wanted the changes done, once again the contract was changed with your approval. And before the final payment was made you did a final walk to approve the construction and clean up of the trash from this project we are not responisble for existing trash in your back yard only the material trash from this job. And finally we have made return trips trying to fix the leak on the addition that you wanted that was not apart of the orginal design so I am sorry it still leaks but there is nothing else we can do and we have tried please you but it seems that we will not be able to do so.



1. Plans were drawn up, however (I still have the document) we did not finalize the space over the back door and Tony stated "We'll figure that out when we get to it" and we discussed several different options. I did approve the design, I just want the leak fixed from the shoddy craftsmanship of the roofing.



2. To state you advised against changing plans becuase it will leak is an outright LIE, LIE, LIE, just like all the other lies you perpetually spew. DO NOT PAY ONE RED CENT TO THESE THIEVES! Tony and Kay will tell you anything they need to till you pay, then you will never see them again regardless of the problems they leave you with resulting from their shoddy craftsmanship.



3. My back yard did not contain 50 cigarette butts or a cans of Monster and bottled water thrown all around the bushes and the pool. I am still finding nails the crews threw all over the yard which should have been picked up by the alleged magnet Tony said he used to drag the yard clean. Do you even own a magnet?



4. You did make 1 trip back to try to fix the leak. The guy climbed up on the roof and basically put a sticker on it and said it's fixed. Where he attempted so vainly to fix the problem is not even where it is. I have been up there myself to try to fix it and it is then when I noticed the faulty construction. They did not complete the seams of the roof shingles correctly.



5. Why Kay? Why Tony? do you provide sob story after sob story about why you missed appointment after appointment (all of which I have documented). I was more than fair and provided ample opportunity for you to make this right. Now, you think you can say I changed the design and you said it would leak as an excuse? You NEVER said any such thing! Why in the world would any home owner proceed with a project I'm paying a contractor to complete when you are telling me it won't work? That does not make any sense.



STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LIES. BE VERY WARY OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH TONY OR KAY.



I will be seeing them in court.

I just had my home interior and exterior completed by Triple Quality Painting the guys are fantastic. I have used other contractors in the past that promise everything to but do not deliver. This was the first time I had used this company, and I am pleased to say they delivered everything they said they would do and more. Tony and his crew were all very knowledgeable about the entire process, and even when I had questions at 10:30 pm Kay his wife took the time to answer the phone and all my questions. To anyone who is uncertain or even had a bad experience in the past with other contractors before you hire someone else call Triple Quality Painting they will truely change your mind about painting. THANKS AGAIN TONY, KAY, AND THE CREW OF TRIPLE QUALITY PAINTING YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read these reviews and several of them sound like a bunch of crying babies trying to bad mouth a great company like Triple Quality Painting. For the last several years now I have used this company for various projects at my home and my business and have refered them to many of my friends who have also used them. NOT once at any time have they ever been anything but up front and honest. Their crews went above and beyond what was expected of them. And Tony was always on the job making sure that the work was done properly I would highly recomend them to anyone they are true professionals so to the other cry babies on this sight cry to someone who believes you I dont and no one that has used this company will.

My husband and I used this company many times over the years and not once have we ever experienced anything like these reviews. We love Triple Quality Painting and will continue to use them for any future work we have, and will continue to refer them to all our friends. Keep up the great work Guys don't let this bring you down . Some people just don't know a great company when they have one Thanks WE LOVE YOU

The patio they built for me leaks when it rains, they keep telling me they will be back to fix it, but excuses, excuses, excuses, they have not fixed the problem. Their crews treated my back yard like a huge trash can. The quality of construction is uncertain. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. RUN AWAY!!!!!! I wish I would NEVER have used this company!

Stay Away!

Stay away from this contractor. You will be disappointed. They will not do what they bid to do. In my case, they never reported to do the job they accepted. We did get multiple apologies and promises to return but in the end, they are a no show. Now that I have done more research into their quality, I'm glad work did not commence. My job although small, was the gateway for them to pass through to get the larger job. Life is too short to deal with this level of service.

I second everything the first reviewer writes above. Tony and Kay Langione are scam artists who accepted full payment and never finished the job they were paid to do. They failed to show up as promised multiple times, never return phone calls/emails, left the work site a complete mess, and caused thousands of dollars of damage to our home. Triple Quality advertises themselves as BBB accredited (they are not) and claims to have been operating since 1998, when in actuality, they have only been in business for just a few years. Tony Langione is a former manager of Eagle Painting Company, which has an F rating with the BBB. He clearly operates Triple Quality with the same set of unethical business practices, as is evidenced in the mountain of legal proceedings that have been filed (and won) against him (aka Anthony Mario Langione, Jr.) and his wife, Kay (aka Knovis Kentee Langione), most recently suit in the amount of $7500 for failure to pay a DFW area circular advertiser for services rendered. Do your research before giving these thieves a dime.

Take your money and run. These guys are beyond slow. Tony is the owner and his wife Kay does the paper work. Tony will show up to get the job, take a deposit, and good luck to you if you want the job finished. Kay, will NEVER return phone calls. She has more excuses and tricks up her sleeve than a magician. They got paint all over walls that didnt need painting. Tony left the workers in my house unsupervised and he gave them my key. I had to get new locks. Never finished the job - just took my money. After they get your money, they are RUDE. Broke stuff in my house too. I was glad to be rid of them. Learned my lesson the hard way.
