We paid Tripodi Contracting to tear off our roof, put roofing vents across 2 sections of it, put on a new roof, replace all the fascia, and install new gutters around the whole roof. He was paid in full by check in June 2007. 1 month later he sent his crew over and they tore off the old roof and replaced the shingles only.

They installed the new roof over rotten, holy, crumbling fascia. They left nails and shingle pieces all over our yard, and they only vented half of the roof and left a pile of the vent material in our yard ever since. We have called him for 4 years now trying to get him to come back and finish the job. We have had leaks in the valleys of our roof 5 times since they replaced it. He did send a guy over to fix the leak 2 of the times. He patched it with roof cement.

Every time we call him he says he will be here in 2 weeks. He never shows up. He was very defensive and used foul language with me when I called him one time to ask why he would not finish the job. Now he does not answer the phone when we call anymore.
