We have had a very good experience with Trugreen. We like the good customer service, the ability to see when our service is scheduled on their app as well as the friendly specialists performing the yard services.

TruGreen are truly pros. I thought my lawn was gone for good and that I would have to spend thousands to re-seed. The TruGreen crew has brought it back for a fraction of the cost. I hughly recommend them to anyone with lawn envy!

Keeping weeds in your yard under control equals a nicer looking lawn and less mowing. If you pay for mowing your yard you can save pretty close the to the amount you pay for TruGreen service..A nicer lawn that pretty well pays for itself.

True Green takes charge of the situation presented, determines a proper course of action, and efficiently and professionally administer the program. Communication is complete and easily understood. All done for a fair price.

One and a half years with your service has dramatically improved the thickness and freeness of my lawn. There has been a significant reduction in broadleaf weeds as well. The lawn service is great but the bushes and plants spraying is not worth it. I have the same disease spots all over my box rise bushes and other plants.

The people are amazing! Super friendly employees, everyone was really great to work with. The only thing that we're struggling with is barespots now, and we're not sure if thats gunna be fixed or if we need to start sodding! Also we were quoted for a set price monthly and ended up with different monthly bills, but thats about it. Our grass looks so much better and greener since having them come out.

The results have been pretty positive for my yard, however I have had several experiences when the service technician has cancelled the appointment on the day of service and I planned on staying home from work to discuss some concerns about my lawn with the technician. If it happened once that would be understandable but this has happened over 4 times.

We like having one Tech assigned to our lawn. That way if any concerns we can contact him directly. Unfortunately this year our Tech changed and then the new one we started getting use to got fired just at the time we were having problems with our fescue! However, our Horticulturist John Martin understood the urgency of getting this under control and took the initiative to contact the manager and address as a high priority! Accordingly Manager Matt Yount called and sent a Tech out asap to treat the area! Also, John followed up to ensure that we were contacted and the lawn was being treated. Talk about “exceeding expectations” John Martin exemplified great customer service by understanding the urgency of our concerns and then taking that extra step to get involved and make sure a manager was informed so he could take the necessary actions to keep a loyal customer satisfied! John is well deserving of recognition for going above and beyond and also thanks to Manager Yount for making it happen and promising future follow-up to ensure this matter gets resolved!
