If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I had Truly Nolen treat my home for termites some time back and they did a terrible job. I had to call them back to plug the holes in my foundation. I then had them regularly do an annual inspection. They didn't bother to look up in the attic crawlspace even though I have access to it in two places. All they did was walk around and present me with a bill for a couple of hundred dollars. I stopped their useless and futile visits a couple of years ago. I now think I have a problem with termites (probably never got rid of them entirely). I can guarantee (mine being a much better guarantee than theirs) that I will be calling a different exterminator!

I signed up for the pest control service in the Dripping Springs area and have been very happy with the company and the quality of service they provide. The company is very good on helping with pest control problems and following up and making additional trips for service if needed. Also I had the termites service and was very happy on the quality of job and again the company will come back as many times as needed to make sure you are satisfied.

Very poor experience in Chico, CA. I would never recommend this company. We were over charged for the minimal service provided and received none of the services suggested by the website for rodent control. I am not sure why there are so many positive reviews. I wish someone would have warned me. Nothing personal... maybe they just don't do well with rodent control and are fine for bugs. I will never use nor recommend this company in the future.

I had Truly Nolan treat my mobile home for Subterranean Termites. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. However to maintain the "contact" (guarantee) you must each year pay $185.00 additional dollars for an inspection. I would not mind paying for an "inspection" if the person did more that shine a flashlight under my home (for 5 seconds) and peer into the crawlspace. If it were a real inspection a bit more would be entailed.

i HAD A MASSIVE BUG INFESTATION FROM A GUEST WHO STOPPED AT A HOTEL ON THE WAY DOWN FROM UP NORTH. EVERY COMPANY I CALLED WAS A LONG WAIT FOR TREATMENT AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. INCLUDING THE WELL KNOWN COMPANIES. DEAN FROM TRULY NOLEN CAME IN AND WITH IN 2 TREATMENTS MY HOME IS BUG FREE AGAIN. HE WAS FAST TO RESPOND, REASONABLY PRICED AND DID AN AWESOME JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. HE LITERALLY SAVED ME AND MY HOME. I AM NOW COMPLETELY BUG FREE. WHERE AS BEFORE YOU COULD NOT WALK INTO MY HOME WITH OUT GETTING BIT BY SOMETHING.

Contacted Truly Nolen here in Massachusetts and was very impressed. The technician was excellent, he spent alot of time inside and out and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

if you want to get ripped off then this is the place to call. I normally do business locally and decided to change it up because of the name. BIG mistake, they're not local and the inexperienced technician. Customer service was horrible. What a waste of money, alot of money. Should have stayed local!

Not so sure they want your business. Looking for a termite inspection in LaPorte on a foreclosed property and while we are responsible for securing the inspection, they will only deal with the seller. Too bad, won't be getting our business.

Several times they have scheduled me for service and dont show up on the times they say their going to be there. If you want them to come spray make sure its a day when you can be there all day because they will keep you waiting.

Once they didnt show up at all until the next day. Its like they dont care, they show up at their convenience.

my apt complex has contract with them so i did not pay anything. Inspector mike Nickerson was unfriendly but did reasonable job and answered phone query promptly. I was positively impressed by technician mike pallanes who came to treat apt one week after inspection. He was on time, very courteous, did reasonable treatment but took great care to clean up after him and not damage property. He was to extra length to make sure carpet was put back perfectly after he had to pull it back. Total experience far exceeded my expectations, which were low to begin with

the advertisement in the yellow pages.com says they serve the Clayton area, but when I called to set up service after ringing 20 times I finally got an answer but was told they don't serve the Clayton area. If you don't service a particular area, then don't advertise that you do!
