This service was called to pull our vehicle out of some mud and he did so in about 10 minutes. He then got stuck himself and called 3 of his closest friends who also had winch trucks to pull him out. It took 1. He charged me for our vehicle recovery (which I was glad to pay for) and then charged me for the other 3 trucks that he called to get him out of his mess. When I questioned the fairness of his massive charges he became defensive, intimidating and extremely rude- At this point he demanded cash and threatened to impound my vehicle. I am a small woman and was extremely intimidated by him. After contacting the authorities and others in this profession, it was confirmed that I was overcharged by about 300% aside from being treated horribly. You have a choice in tow service- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!

After a major wreck my car was towed by Tummy Towing. I went to the hospital and the car went to their impound lot. I had everything in the car that was valuable to me. I was really worried about loosing these things. I called them the next day to see what I needed to do to get my belonings back. They assured me everything was there and safe. They did make me bring my title and prove who I was but I appretiate that. I wouldn't want someone else to get my stuff. Everything was there to my surprise. Even some cash I had in a cup holder was there. They let my insurance company come to look at the car and worked with them to get it towed away.

I hope I never have another wreck but glad there are still honest people willing to help.
