Bad company to work for, the people at the office have been with this company in flagstaff for so long that they lie and cheat for each other, they favor the house managers who sleep on their jobs, just a lot behind closed doors, if any report is made or suspicion, they will immediately start moving and blame other people! Beware, unprofessional, cheater, liars! If anything, people who worked here along time know the fraud is there, sadly they need the jobs by committing fraud, being lazy and standing behind crooks! They seriously need to re evaluated by state unexpectedly or replaced and refreshed .

I worked here at Tungland as an in home aid from 4/14-6/14 I had worked night shift usually 11-10, the morning shift that came in to relieve me had been very abusive mentally physically and verbally to the two residents one which had a retardation, and another who was Schizophrenic with mild retardation. Locked them in their rooms, belittled them, yelled and called them names, threw their personal belongings. I had complained to the manager of the house, who was probably my age (20) and she had just said "Well that's all hearsay" so I had quit. I don't even know why I stayed there as long as I did.

Half of the people working in the Tungland office and one of their former house managers’ were very rude and un-professional. Despite feeling uncomfortable with wiping a man’s genitals in one of the homes, due to very personal reasons and despite my asking to be transferred to a woman’s home instead -of which they could have easily gave me but would not offer me, they forced me to quit. Miss Wilbanks, an assistant director at the office, proceed to represent the companies “professional” attitude by calling me “lame” because I did not want to see/wipe a grown mans genitalia. Weeks later, upon arriving to the office to sign my resignation and exiting letter, two of the women in the office including Miss Cook, a former house manager, further showed the companies professionalism by trying to snicker in my face. Way younger then all three of these women, at 23 years old I was capable of speaking in a professional manner despite their remarks, ignore their abhorrent behavior and in the end was the one with the last laugh. Because, not only did they lose a great employee, but I also showed them how a true professional carries oneself. But It is their loss, I’m off to go benefit another company.
