When we moved to Temple, I called multiple irrigation companies to get our non-working system back on line. TUTSON was the only company considerate enough to return our calls. Leslie Tutson came the next day. Having never had an irrigation system before, he explained in detail how they worked, the various problems with mine, what was needed to correct them, the cost, and recommended the proper care and maintainence required to keep it functioning correctly. This is the kind of service ALL companies should strive for.
A year and half later, we sold the house on Stagecoach Trail and moved to a larger second home off Midway Drive. Again, we found a nonworking sprinkler system. Guess who we called?

We have over 75 sprinkler heads on our property. When we first bought this property we were overwhelmed and new nothing about the sprinklers or the sprinkler system and how to operate it. We immediately called one of the "Big" name sprinkler companies and they came out and worked on our system for about 4 hours. When they left they told me that I would need to change out several of the sprinkler heads as they were bad. I really did not know what to do so I had to go to Lowe's to find out from them what I was supposed to do. I could not believe he left without changing them. He assumed we knew what we were doing or that he had spent enough time at our place and did not want to spend more time.(even though we were paying)

The next season we called out someone and they fixed everything but we neve could get them to come back....they never returned our calls....and we did pay them. It took them 4 hours also. That is when I found Tutson's Landscaping and Sprinklers...I noticed that they fixed everything quickly, they knew what they were doing and they did not assume I knew anything. Finally, we found reliable help for a reasonable price. I wanted to take the time to recommend these people to anyone out there looking for good quality professionalism. These people have it.
