We have used U Fill It 3 or 4 times over the past several years. They provide exceptional service- good dumpster prices and quick delivery and pick-up. Dave is usually the person who answers the phone and takes care of the billing/delivery for customers. Dave is very professional, polite and accurate with information. We have a family member who needs a dumpster this month and I am recommending U Fill It to her.

U Fill It parked a dumpster directly under a no parking sign on the street in which I live. The dumpster was dark red and not easily seen at night. One of the nights while it was parked, it started to rain and snow and it was very hard to view this dumpster. My husband called the company and asked them to return his call and move the dumpster to the driveway where it belonged. They parked it right when you turn off of a hill so literally you turn almost right into the dumpster. On Saturday morning, four days after the phone call was made asking them to move it, I was driving away and noticed the company coming to tow it away. I pulled up next to the truck. I started off the conversation with the man saying that I am not trying to start a fight, but would like him to think about it next time they place a dumpster there. I explained it was very dangerous etc. and referred to the sign about the dumpster. He blew me off, kept telling me something about liability if a human or a car happened to be parked there (which is neither here nor there). He kept saying, Have a nice day lady in a very rude voice. Had he apologized and said, you are right, we will be more careful and thoughtful next time, I would have accepted that. Completely rude and irresponsible company.
