This business is not professional. They were scheduled to deliver an U-Box at 10am. After trying to call them from 10:15 to 10:45 (which they never answered the phone). They finally called me to tell me they were going to be another 2 hours before they would get there. When they finally arrived with the U-Box the manager failed to bring the paperwork. Calling 45 minutes after you are suppose to arrive is unprofessional. I have also tried to call this place about 20 times, out of 20 times they have only answered their phone once. I will not be doing business here again, and do not recommended anyone else do business here. This business really does not deserve the one start!!
