Terrible Company, they took our deposit then canceled our reservation for no reason. They state the flight schedule changed but could not get us on another flight be very careful with these guys they are scammers. STAY AWAY

Wow. David Phelps was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional! If his customer service is anything like what you'd expect traveling with them then I'm running for the hills! I was really hoping to have gotten Sharon Miller since she got good reviews, but I ended up with David Phelps. If you get him, request a new agent so you don't waste your time!!!
"Geoff" stated in a previous review that I was shopping around different agents trying to get the cheapest price, like that's a bad thing? But the funny part is I never even got a QUOTE from this company. David was too busy being lazy and sending emails upon emails than just quote what I was looking for. It was a complete waste of time! Did I contact other agents? Yup! And other travel sites like Expedia, Travel Advisor and Book it. The only reason they knew I was looking at other agents is because after "David Phelps" got beligerent I told him that I didn't understand why he couldn't get what I was looking for because I had NO problem relaying what I was looking for to other travel agents. I never once gave them a price or anything else asking them to "beat". In fact, I NEVER give out pricing to other agents because if they are going to charge you more than others off the bat then they don't deserve business anyway. In this day and time it's CUSTOMER SERVICE and HONESTY that will make a business stick out. Hopefully this company figures that out sooner than later. Needless to say, I did find exactly what I was looking for and I did go through a very helpful travel agent. Were they the cheapest? NOT BY A LONG SHOT. But they were up front and honest and not to mention their customer service was extremely professional and helpful! I am looking forward to my vacation, and if any users would like to know the helpful agents I've used, send me a private message and I'd be happy to share... as well as send the rude and unprofessional emails from Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel that I received! :)

Just wanted to let you know that our trip was fantastic. All of us had a great time. The accommodations were fantastic. The transfers were easy. We really enjoyed the preferred club. The kids had a blast at the Explorers club. We were very sad to leave to come back to the cold. The only positive is that I don't feel obligated to eat and drink all day.

I'm not sure they are running similar deals for the same week next year but if they do we may just make this an annual trip. Keep us in mind if you see anything out there for next year.

Sharon helped us find a great honeymoon location which was Couples Negril. We had a blast. This agency is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for the Christmas well wishes. Michelle and I really enjoyed the Jamaica vacation that you put together for us--we're so sorry for not writing sooner to let you know how much it meant to us. Sandals Whitehouse was a great spot as we relished the peacefulness and the great view of the ocean. The massage at the Red Lane Spa, a trip to YS Falls, the entertainment, and great food were also highlights. We look forward to our next vacation through you!

Love, Love, Love this company. We used to always book trips on our own but we needed a trip to Italy which was a little to complicated for me to do myself so I gave them a call. Our trip as amazing and hassle free.

I went through Ultimate all Inclusive travel to book my honeymoon. We went to Playa Del Carmen and stayed at The Royal (beautiful place). I told Ultimate what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in. They recommended a few resorts that fit my criteria. Once I decided were to go, they told me everything I could expect. From the second we touched down in Cancun, I knew what to do and not to do because they had gone over everything with me well in advance. I would highly recommend them for booking a vacation. I will be using this company again. Thanks Geoff for the good service. Our honeymoon was awesome!

we recently visit this place for the team celebration.the resort was superb, i was fully satisfied , the service also fast, food is good.

CD and I want to thank you for directing us to Secrets Silversands. Our week was perfect start to finish, We didn\'t meet one staff person that was not dedicated to making sure we had the time of our life. The room, the food, the entertainment, the staff, the beauty of it all--speechless. We couldn\'t have been happier. It was a honeymoon/1st anniversary rolled in to one. We met another couple there that we enjoyed hanging out with. The only tour we took was a snorkeling trip. Just decide to relax and enjoy the resort. I



As always, we appreciated your great help. It means a lot to us that if we had any trouble with our trip--we had someone we could actually get hold of!



Well, as soon as we have enough money to go somewhere again--we will be e-mailing our favorite trip planners!!

Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we LOVED the new RIU Palace Bavaro. Our entire trip was perfect, the resort absolutely beautiful, and the food was great! I just wanted to let you know that we've just returned from our trip to the Moon Palace and it was amazing. Thank you so much for all your help!! You did a phenomenal job in getting us fantastic rooms - they were Gardenviews yes, but with very much of an oceanview literally steps from the ocean!! We could not have been more pleased. AND on the top floor and right next to my aunt. We were in heaven.



We took the bus to the Beach Palace, and were so glad we did. The beach is breathtaking there - the hotel is lovely, with its rooftop terrace, pools, bar, and 360 degree views. Simply divine.



Thank you again for helping us have a fantastic vacation. I will be happy to refer you out to all my friends and we will contact you again for our next vacation!

The honeymoon that I booked through Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel was great. The Excellence Riviera Cancun was amazing. They cater to your every need and make sure that your time spent there will be full of memories. I recommend it highly. My wife and I plan on going again next year and I will definitely book with this Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel.

We had an amazing trip, loved Jamaica and the Couples Swept Away and I am so glad that we took your advice in going there instead of Dominican Republic.



We really did love our trip, everything went very smoothly....flights were great, on time, no troubles.....the resort was amazing! The people were so nice, very attentive, the food was fabulous (especiallty for an all-inclusive), service top knotch.....we didn't want to leave!!



With that said, we think we may want to return for our anniversay next year, possibly stay at the Tower Isle in Ocho Rios for the first few days, then transfer to Swept Away for the last few....it's not definate, but I thought it can't hurt to ask what you can do for us!



Anyways, back to reality for us....again, thanks for the superb customer service, we look forward to working with you again!

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon at the El Dorado Royale in the Maya Riviera. The honeymoon was better than either of us could have ever imagined. The accomodations were lovely, the restaurants were wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxing and romantic. The staff at the El Dorado were so accomodating and we truly felt that everyone there was working to make our honeymoon as perfect as it could be.



Working with Sharon made the trip much less stressful than ever imagined. Thank you Sharon!

Thank you so much for making our honeymoon stress free and the best vacation of our lives. We stayed at the Riu in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and it was awesome. The people are beautiful and so sweet and there are no words that could do justice to how beautiful this country is. We would definitely recommend visiting Jamaica, and doing the Dunn's River Falls tour and bareback horseback riding through the ocean, but more importantly we recommend going through Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel, as they were very fast to respond, they answer any questions you might have (as they have vacationed a lot of places), and the insurance they provide is top of the line. Very sweet people and we will be going through them when we are planning our next vacation! (Hopefully sooner than later =). Thanks Geoff and Sharon!
