I found Luis's ad on Craigslist,called him and he showed up and gave me his estimate.What a pleasant surprise he turned out to be.I recommend him 100%.Prompt and courteous and did me a GREAT job.He transformed my very ugly 40's bathroom into a showplace. I give him 5 STARS!!!!

One day I dropped a a bottle of soap onto the floor of my fiberglass shower that produced a small chip. Over time the chip became a 3-4 inch crack. I also developed stress fractures that ran about a foot long. After considering a jillion different options I called Luis Rodriguez and I AM SO GLAD I DID! I learned that typically when these standing stall fiberglass units are installed, they are merely supported by a few 2 x 4's and not much else. They are actually suspended above the foundation and do not rest on the floor. So when your standing in the shower there is actually nothing under you to support you. Luis really did a nice job fixing my shower. First he puts down an industrial strength type 2 part foam under the shower stall for support. Then he repairs all of the cracks and puts down 3 coats of fiberglass over the entire floor of the shower. He puts down a grainy type non-slip finish and paints it to perfectly match the color of your shower. Now when I walk on it it feels nice and solid under my feet and it honestly looks better, shinier, more pristine than it did when I first bought the house. It really didn't even cost that much...nowhere even close to the 1800-2000 that it would have cost to replace the shower itself with tile. This guy is not just a repairman...he is an artist. I consider this to be a huge upgrade over the way my shower was when it was originally put in. Also, he seems more concerned with doing the best possible job for his customers and taking good care of them than he does with making a huge profit. I just am really happy and pleased with the work that he did. I tried to tip him but he wouldn't take it. AMAZING! He just wanted to do the best he could to solve my problem. How refreshing to find someone like this that you can trust and count on in this day and age of buyer beware. Called Mr. Luis Rodriquez to repair crack and to refinish shower pan. He was at my residence exactly when he said he would arrive. Made shower repair and refinish, work was excellent. His price was very reasonable. I have used his services seveeral times since and have recommended him to several friends they have all been pleased with his work. He provides a forgotten service. he takes care of the customer.
