The owner treated my father and I well in regards to handling some complications with my vehicle. Thank you for doing the right thing!

Absolutely the rudest, most uncooperative, rip-off driver and company I have ever dealt with as a businessman of 35 years in Port Orange. My wife insisted the car be towed to my shop and after giving her a hard time, he said she had to pay $135 IN CASH, right then. She asked if he could take a credit card and he said no. Well, an hour later, she went to the tow yard to pay for the car. Now, the same driver said it went up to $170 Guess what? Now, not only can he take a credit card, but he whips his phone out of his pocket, The tow was a total of 3 miles for $170! I got it out of there the same day and had it retowed to my shop (another 3 miles) for $35 by a much more reputable tow company. BUDDYS TOWING. Universal Towing has a contract to tow for the city of Port Orange from all accidents. I don't know how the city can allow this business to take advantage of the city's citizens like this.
