I locked the keys in my vehicle. Remembering a friends recommendations for US 23 Auto Care & Towing I gave them a call. Shortly after the call I met Don Fee in the parking lot of a Grand Blanc restaurant. He was very friendly, professional and had my vehicle opened in minutes. It's great to know we have local emergency roadside business we can count on.

Super fast reasonably priced and courteous service!! Arrived in less than half the estimated time, made quick work of getting in my car that I locked the keys in!

Very rude employee that works the front desk. I would not recommend this place, even though I live right down the road.

FAST, HONEST, FRIENDLY SERVICE all at a great price. We broke down while travelling from WI. US 23 got us in immediately to analyze the issue, order the parts needed, and had us back on the road by the next morning. WILL at the front counter was awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP....Thank you again. Oh, and BEST RESTROOM EVER! No kidding!

US 23 Auto CareI would never do buisness with this shop. Car broke down previos approx year before car displayed same problems Called up shop to get what work was previously done Told me they would get back with me, I called next day stated they would help cash paying customers first. Pointed out I was a cash paying customer and wanted information what work they did last year. Donald asked why should I help you since you lost invoice. In my opinion poor customer service. Also I felt overpriced when I did buisness with them. I can only recommend that people stay away from them.
