We started taking our dog here a couple of months ago and we LOVE the Valencia Doghouse. They treat our dog like a family member. What is so nice about this place is that they don't crate your dog, Dogs are free to play and socialize with other dogs. The place is clean and inviting and you can tell they absolutely love animals here. All of this and the prices are very reasonable - Cheaper! I won't go anywhere else.

I have two small dogs who HATE to have bath or get their nails done. I used to go to a different place and after many bad experiences, my neighbor told me about Valencia Doghouse. My experience with Valencia's Doghouse was 100 times better! They were super sweet to my obnoxious dogs. When I used to go to this other place to get my dogs groomed they would call me back early before my dogs were even done. This was not the case at Valencia's Doghouse. When I came back to pick up my dogs, I was suprised that I did not hear them crying on the top of their lungs. Instead, they were sitting quitely right next to the groomer. Typically, when I would go to this other groomer, when I came to pick up my dogs, they would tell me how aweful my dogs were. I always left feeling really bad. This was not the case at Valencia's Doghouse. When I came in they told me the dogs got upset at first but then they calmed down and were fine. They were not rude or mean about how upset my dogs get. Typically, when we would get home from the old groomers, my dogs would go crazy. They were not happy. When we got home from Valencia's Doghouse it was a different story. Our dogs were calm and happy. And on top of all of it, Valencia's Doghouse was CHEAPER then this groomer that we hated! From now on, my husband and I will only take our dogs to Valencia's Doghouse!!!

They are great and were so nice! My dog looked great and was done in only a few hours.

Don't go here. They do not listen to what you want but instead do what they want. I left an adorable yorkie-poo puppy and picked up what looks like a BABBOON. I just pray that his fur will grow back properly and his cuteness will return. At first I thought this was going to be a good place having had taken this dog plus one other before but this time I guess my wishes weren't acceptable to them. Both dogs came back in a state that left my children and I traumatizeds. DON'T GO HERE....SAVE YOUR DOG!!!!
