I never had my chimney cleaned before, so I didn't know what to expect. Two servicemen showed up on time and were very polite. They explained everything they were doing and why. Derek gave me some pointers on how to maintain our fireplace and made some recommendations (such as replacing our fireplace screen and why we might want to consider glass doors). Oh, and the cost was less than quoted over the phone, (as I wasn't sure exactly sure why type of chimney we had). Pleasant, professional and the price is right! We will definitely recommend Valley Chimney to friends and neighbors, and call them again as needed!

Their service was phenomenal. They came when they said they would, they went over and above on what they promised they would do. There are a lot of companies out there, but only one that I have seen give this level of service. Don't call anyone else!
