To start, I am a recent homeowner and wanted to rent my home but did not know where to start. I contacted Van Cleve Holdings in hopes of gaining some valuable knowledge (which I did). After an hour of conversation, I learned about fair housing laws, their thorough monthly reports, property inspections, what to do if I need to evict someone, and most importantly, what rent I can obtain in this market. Apparently, with the rising rents, I can do pretty well.



At any rate, I felt so confident after my interview with them that I decided to retain Van Cleve Holdings as my property management company. There price was far below what I expected.



I would definately recommend.
