i think the people in there are very arrogant! they didnt help me at all! the guy in there must have been having a bad day, but that was no excuse to take it out on me. he was arguing with a completely different customer. on top of that, he sold me a bad axle. my mechanic sent me straight back to return it. they wouldn't exchange it for a working one. i also found an axle much cheaper in a completely different store. i think that was the worst service ever!!! i'll never go there again!

Had to order a part for my car and had no idea if I was ordering the right thing. The people who answer the phones are not sales reps...they're actual parts guys and told me what I was ordering was not correct and figured out what I needed. AND, it was less $$$. The part shipped UPS to my door the very next morning.
