If I could put ZERO stars, I would have!!!!We called this company in hopes to have them help us with a dead system. Upon arriving this morning our system was not running. We called and they said they would be out by mid-morning. There was never any mention that they would charge us to let us know what was wrong. Instead, they came with a prepared estimate in hand ($1400.00) and equipment in the vehicle. We asked how they knew what was wrong before they even looked at . He then went to his vehicle and brought in a cable and tested it. He then said the box was dead and mumble other things. We asked if that was still going to be the same quote and he said "give or take a couple of items". We told him we would have to wait to get authorization since the cost was so much. He then gave us a bill for $125.00 to do nothing. We asked if we had the repair done by them if they would give us credit for today. He said they would give us back 1/2 of today's service.We then called Diversified Communications Solutions who did not charge us for an evaluation and is going to be HALF the cost to repair. When we called Vegas Telecom, my boss asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Mark. She explained our concerns, he was very rude and had no reason why they were double in price and charge so much for an estimate. His only come back was "Well, we have a thousand more customers that are happy our prices!".

We purchased another company, and in doing so, gained a fully operational Nortel phone system. I had talked to Mark, the owner, and he told me he'd be available at a specific day. I drove out there, a 30 minute drive one way, to meet with him. The individual in the front was rude. He went to let Mark know I was there. He then told me Mark was in a meeting and I would have to schedule an appointment to see him. I suppose for some people, time is cheap and in abundance, I'm not one of those people. I told him thanks but no thanks and left. This was incredibly unprofessional. Granted I'm not a purchaser today, but that isn't how you treat people. If I can't trust these people to talk to me for a few minutes, I certainly wouldn't trust to them businesses communications. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option.

We have used EMS for all of our IT needs for many years. They are a great partner for our company. We had all DOS systems and they helped us to make the jump into modern computers. I highly reccomend them to any individual or company.

Purchased a 10 telephone 4 line sysem with caller ID and inter office intercom - Mark showed up on time with assistant and in no time all was installed and programmed. Price was fair. Would highly recomend
