If you ever need investigative work, this is the place to call. Kelly is the most professional PI I have come across with. I have had very poor experiences OTHER places but Ventura County Polygraph that is operated by Kelly is a professional and caring establishment. She takes her time with her clients and makes sure that everything is explained clearly. I couldn't have solved my issue without her. Thank you!

I have actually used Ventura Polygraph on two occasions, one for personal, the second for business related. On both occasions Kelly really helped me to understand the process of a polygraph examination in laymen terms. She was efficient, knowledgeable and is Certified through the American Polygraph Association to conduct exams which made me feel much better. I have heard the horror stories of other individuals who did not do their homework when finding an examiner. This is very important. Your test is only as good as your examiner. Thanks again Kelly and I will be telling my lawyer and others about you. You were tremendous in solving my issues in a timely manner.

Never in a million years did I ever think about using an investigator to help solve my worst fears. We were at our wits end and called Ventura County Polygraph and spoke with Kelly. Now, this woman is amazing!!! We spoke with her several times and at great length to get all the information she needed. She was incredibly insightful and worked with us with great compassion. Not only did we end up with a happy ending, I believe she was as thrilled as we were! The cost is worth every penny and not to mention incredibly reasonable. God forbid we ever need her again, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and use Kelly again....and again. Trustworthy, intelligent, compassionate and vigilant are the closest words I can use to describe her. She is beyond exceptional!

As you can imagine, if you are like me, and have never felt the need to use an investigator, you do not know where to start. My need for Ventura County Investigations came at a time where I was vulnerable and could easily been hurt or exploited.



Ventura County Investigations was exceptional: The investigator (Kelly) spoke with me, to help me decide what I needed and whether the investigation was in MY best interest. She informed me of the costs up front, which were fair and reasonable, given the nature of the work.



I was kept informed in the process of the investigation, and was able to make informed choices. And most importantly, the investigator was good at her work. I had my answer without wasting money, time, and excess emotion (sometimes what her find hurts). She showed compassion for my situation in a professional manner.



I have no doubt about confidentiality, which was highly important to me, when I picked an investigator.



Usually, when I read reviews, I want to hear negative criticism, just so I can see if they are written by real users of the service. I have none.
