Terrible Service

It is an awful thing to be a senior and keep asking for quality customer service and not receiving it. I started with simple requests from this transportation company with which we met some resistance from the drivers.So my garegiver called customer service, yet we still get someone ringing the doorbell or knocking even though we've clearly stated we have a graveyard worker in the house. After multiple calls we were told the problem would be corrected but to date it has not.



I received a time change letter from them, but by their own subscription letter they can not even comply with their scheduled pickup times. By the way they changed the pickup time and never notified me. I am a ninety-one year old senior and have had problem after problem. If you are having similar problems please speak up and/or comment here,or better yet send a letter to Metro Access customer service instead, or also.



If this company provides a service where is the customer service that is supposed to go with it?
