Yes they have the best price in town. But now I know why. I had an appt at 9am, the driver never showed up. I called the office. The lady asked if they could reschedule for 10:30am because the driver was running late. At 10:30am he still hadn't shown up. I called the office and let them know. They said that they'd have the driver call me and let me know how much longer he would be. He called at 10:50am and said he would be there in another 10-15mins. Well, that was too late. I had to leave to pick up a friend from the train station. 2hrs 5mins after the original appt. I have another appt for 3:30pm this afternoon ---I'll definitely let you all know how it goes. So far I'm really disappointed.

I called VAG Auto Glass and they quoted me the best price so I went ahead and scheduled a same day appointment to replace the windshield on my 2008 FJ Cruiser. They came out to my job and did a great job. The installer that they sent out was very professional and friendly, he even vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned all my windows even though that wasn't required, which I thought was really nice of him. When he was finished I requested another quote to replace my sister's door glass on her 05 Accord and went ahead and scheduled and appointment for her as well. As far as I know everything went smoothly with her too. I would do business with VAG Auto Glass again and will refer them to friends and family.
