How do we get this guy? He is an absolute scam artist. He came out and "checked" my unit by playing with a voltmeter and saying that it was my color board. He would order parts and place them in when they came in. He said that it would take 5-10 days to get them. I paid $150 for labor and $25 for the service call. What a freaking ripoff. After two weeks of calling him, he finally returned my call and stated the board was no longer available. I called up Royal Camera in Hanover Park, the previous repair facility and they stated that they can get any board, but most likely it was the color wheel that went out, not a board based on my TV symptoms. This guy had assured me it was not when previously asked. I watched a YouTube video of how to take the cover off and found the color wheel was broken and all the pieces were off. I bought a new color wheel from Amazon and replaced it myself. The TV now works perfectly. From looking at everyone else's review, he is a scam artist and knows what he is doing. If a law suit were filed against this guy, I would like to be in on it. We need to get this guy arrested.

Service was excellent and price was fair. They went out of their way to service my mothers tv. Great choice for Sony tv repair!!!
