I was present for the entire inspection and I found the owner/operator, Steve, to be a most thorough and friendly individual. He was both particular and precise in his assessment and he welcomed my questions and participation in the process. He got into every nook and cranny of that house.



He utilizes a software program that allows him to incorporate photos of areas of concern, right beside his comments as to the details of that issue. He then summarizes the issues, major and minor, and comments as to estimated cost of repair and even whether he feels it is something that the HOA might have responsibility in correcting.



He gave me an idea as to the urgency of correcting a particular issue and that was very helpful in planning the timing of a particular fix into the move.



Lastly, the results of the inspection were available immediately upon completion of the inspection which took 3 hours, just for a 1500 sq ft town-house.



I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.

Inspector was very unprofessional and rude. Missed a lot of important parts of the inspection that would have made a difference if we bought the house or not. Really seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about and only pointing out the obvious. Not sure what "expertise" he was charging hundreds for.
