I lived in these apartments for 2 years and that was entirely too long. Anytime I called the office I was taken to the answering service and had to leave a message. Sometimes I didn't get a call back for up to TWO days! I once had my water heater leak and it took an extended amount of time to hear back. My entire bedroom was flooded by the time someone came to fix it. After that they left a blower under my carpet which raised the carpet in the entire room up. They said they would come to pick it up the next day but didn't return for almost a week to lay the carpet back down. I received rude notes that were almost to the point of threatening over pet feces when this was not a problem that was linked to me in any way. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire complex. This wouldn't be so bad if all 3 of each worked. The entire time I was there only 2 dryers worked and even they didn't work 100% of the time. One of the washers needed repairs extremely often as well. I often had to pay to dry my clothes two or three times. They do not have hook ups in the apartments so that you may purchase your own either. The final straw that made me decide to move was when our paneling in the shower began to come up off the wall. It took so long for someone to respond to that, that there was mold growing behind it. Their solution was to simply caulk it back to the wall and drill a screw into one side causing it to bow out. As you could imagine, this didn't hold up very well. It last about 2 days. The mold continued to grow and caused the entire apartment to smell on a rainy day and the bathroom to smell constantly. I finally had enough at this point and decided to move. This was the best decision I've made in a long time. If there were lower than a 1 star rating, that's what these places would deserve to receive.
