HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! We have done business with VIP for a few years now. They have repaired and replaced our two AC units. A few weeks we had trouble with condensation collecting in the pan in our attic. We called them and they came out and said it was too cold to add freeOn and that they could not diagnose the problem. However, they would call us and come back out when the weather got warmer to recheck everything. Well, of course they DID NOT. Now we are looking at a 90+ degree day and my alarm is going off because of significant condensation in the pan and they will not come out until Monday!! REALLY!! I explained to the very RUDE receptionist what I just wrote and said it's very warm upstairs already. She rudely reminded me I still have AC downstairs and that I should just go downstairs. I said I would be happy to pay extra for an emergency visit and she said forget that too! I said that we are taking care of an elderly aunt who is coming home from the hospital today and I can't have her in an overheated bedroom. She rudely told me to arrange bedrooms downstairs and wait until Monday. REALLY???? That's not good customer service in my book! VIP DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. THEY REPLACED THIS UNIT IN MY ATTIC THAT IS NOW FAILING AND WILL NOT COME OUT FOR ANOTHER 4 DAYS! THE OPERATOR COULD NOT BE MORE RUDE IF SHE TRIED. I'VE ALREADY CONTACTED ANOTHER HVAC COMPANY WHO WILL BE COMING OUT THIS AFTERNOON. VIP - YOU ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE IN MY AREA HOW I WAS MISTREATED THIS MORNING AND THAT THEY SHOULD NOT USE YOUR SERVICES. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED AS DOES YOUR FOLLOW-UP.
