Non-Medical Transportation Services: In our society transportation is a basic need. Without access to safe, reliable, efficient, and affordable transportation, wheelchair bound individuals may be unable to obtain medical care, groceries, banking services, or entertainment. This isolates wheelchair bound individuals and diminishes their quality of life. We train our drivers to give assistance in any way they can to our clients, including check in and check out for medical appointments when needed, and assistance in stores for personal trips when requested. We don't limit our care of the non-emergency medical transport to medical appointments because we stand by the philosophy that the wheel-chair bound and elderly should not be kept shut away, but should be able to enjoy life like everyone else. Virginia Handi Ride exists to serve those in need and we strive to give the best customer service and affordable pricing possible to those who call on us for our help. We are committed to providing comprehensive, efficient, and affordable non-emergency medical transportation for those who need it in Culpeper and surrounding counties.
