I stumbled across Virtual Office Solutions and Transcription and decided to contact them to see what kind of services they offered and if they could help me with some of the marketing/paperwork that I was overwhelmed with. I could not afford a full time secretary, even though I needed one, and Virtual Office Solutions and Transcription provided all the help I needed. They provided more help and services than I could ever dream of, including the design of marketing materials, document design, bookkeeping, and they even designed a custom client database for my business. I was able to afford their services and I still use their services to this today to help keep my business running smoothly. Their knowledge in the different aspects of small business ownership and their creativity in marketing campaigns have truly been priceless. Also, their customer service is top notch and it is always a pleasure working with them.
