My tour of Vista Shadow Mountain was available at my convenience the same day and I was kindly greeted my the knowledgeable staff. Great value at a great price. Gorgeous views of the Tulsa skyline from Clubhouse and pool.

worst experience ive ever had! maintenance is horrible as is there office people who will be nice to u as u sign ur lease...Then ull be treated like a number. and they raise the rent...price gouging people after they move in at a cheep rate with words like...due to our muti million dollar rentavations.. what a joke! i had two floods while living there. the sent an outside company over to suck up the waater and left us on the couches all weekend.Then never would come and finnish the work orders and treated me horrible when i inquired about them. my Electric bill was well over 200.00 a mont due to horible insulation. i could go on and on about their jacked up ways of making u not feel at home at all. I heard the place is built on an old landfill. so i did a lil reserch and it is true! maybee that is why there is greenish liquids that seep out of the ground and has in the parking lot since i had lived there. So if u dont wanna waste a bunch of time,money,ur health. dont do it. ull regret it.....I Did!

this place may be cheap but believe me the price is not worth the problems

we have been here exactly one year and management has changed at least 4 times with the newest being the worst management i have ever seen. There is never maintenence help. They refuse any type of maintenence that might cost them money. We actually have had a wasp infestation this year that was so bad that it attacked our neighbors 3 month old baby and maintenence said that the whole complex is that way. They will also tow your car if it stays in the same location for more than a few days. All the problems with maintence will not go away b/c they have just filed for bankruptcy. I beg of you not to get stuck in this place like we did. We have a 2 year old and i am scared for his health and safety considering that in a place like this there is probably ASBESTOS in the attic.
