My wife bought a 1 year package. Complete rip off. Ashleigh ward the incompetent owner is awful to deal with. Stopped returning phone calls and emails after we bought the package. She tripple booked the cleaning ladies. Heard a lot of excuses. After 1 month asked for refund. No money was given.



Cleaning service created more stress in my life.

Unreliable service... did not show up at the agreed upon time two weeks in a row...

See the poor excuses below:



"Hi! Is there any possibility I could come tomorrow? I have a bad virus (since yesterday) that still hasn't let up. I hate asking, but I figure as bad as I feel, it was probably a good idea. I could come by in the am though! I'm going to get an rx today for nausea, and usually a virus is in and out."



Apt rescheduled for the following week



"I apologize, but I won't be there. . seems this Sunday routine NEVER involves a dull moment!! My son had to go to the ER last night, and we JUST got home!



You may want to post another ad on Craigslist, as I don't want my other family obligations to interfere with your important needs! "



How does someone with such poor work ethic run a business?
