BEWARE...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The sales rep was so gung-ho to sell us his product that, because I wasn't home, he insisted on coming back to our house at 10:30 on a Saturday night so I could hear his spiel and then was going to go ahead and get a tech to come install it THAT NIGHT! Of course I said absolutely not. My husband took off work so he could be at home when it was installed. The VERY CREEPY installer was late arriving & worked most of the day, only to tell us that he'd have to come back the next morning & bring someone to help him, which he did....late again. Another long drawn-out affair & then he left without saying a word, leaving the other guy to try & finish the job, which he could not. He told us the other guy was on another job already & would call us when he was done. Never heard from him, apparently because he knew he had screwed up badly. While installing one of the cameras, he drilled a hole thru the ceiling of the bedroom & thru the outer wall! We called Vivint Customer Service and were told that they'd have to send someone out & gave us a time frame that was much longer than what we expected. That guy came out & got us going but determined that we had a bad camera & he would have to order one & would have to get someone else out here to install the smoke detector. He told my husband that he'd call him the following Monday or Tuesday. Never heard from him and he wouldn't answer his phone or texts. So we called Vivint AGAIN and an appt was set up for today (a week later) between 10am and noon. Noon came and went and no one showed up, so about 2:30 we called again. The lady checked and said we were on the schedule and she would email them and ask them to call us. A couple of hours later hubby pulled up his email and someone had emailed him that there was a miscommunication regarding the appointment and for him to call and schedule another appointment. Now they're supposed to come between 10am & noon on Saturday. This has been going on a month!

The sales guy spent 2.5 hours on the phone while at my house trying to speak with his company about getting my service set up. I finally told him to leave, signed nothing, and was billed a fee anyway. I called them and they "could not find my account". How convenient! But they could sure find it to bill me for nothing received!

Deceptive. Straight out lies. Sale guy walk s up 2 my door talking about its free and blah blah blah... I asked him 5 times if he sure its free. He said Yes! And in his closing pitch he's like its only $65. Scam artist. And by the way, the contract is for life!!!!!!! Someone driving by happen to tell me that. Con
