Provided by YP.comCustomer service is non existent.. After needing 2 brake adjustments at a weigh station, we were recommended to call Walker Tire-Truck..
The individual on the phone noted it would be about 45 minutes to arrive which was fine. Repairman arrived at 10:00 PM (a bit earlier), with incorrect tools, no lights (he was using his laptop screen for light), and spent an hour trying to find a 4 prong socket wrench... Meanwhile my driver has an ELD and has to deliver freight the next morning, so I called in the office for an update. I noted to him that the repairman has been there for an hour, and he does not have the correct tool. Since I have to get my driver going, will you send someone else? Their response was "do you want your truck fixed or did you just call to bitch". He said I was lying that the driver was there for an hour, said it was only 15 minutes, and that it wasn't the tool that was the problem it was something else. I called and spoke to the repairman directly who confirmed my drivers story, and was apologetic.
Eventually, a second repairman came, who also didn't have the correct tools. Some more time passed and a third repairman came out, and took 5 minutes to fix everything. Our bill was for 1 hour + the call out (which was expected). I called in this morning to speak to the owner, when I explained what happened, he laughed and said "it will get addressed", no apology about his employee behavior.
In a world where there's 1,000 other truck repair facilities, save yourself the hassle and call someone that appreciates your business, and actually has more than pepboys wrenches.

Provided by YP.comVery upsetting experience. We blew a rear tire on a horse trailer in windy conditions with 2 upset horses and children that were not going to make it to a horse show on time. Dispatcher did not disclose that the only service truck would take an hour
(I explained that I had 2 restless horses in trailer), then when I called to see what issue was (almost an hour later) he said the truck was almost there (another 15 mins). I explained I wanted an air tank and good hydraulic jack due to weight of horses and wanted all tires checked on trailer and truck.
Tow truck showed up 1:15 minutes after my call and had NO air tank NO tire gauge (still charged me $65).
I seriously doubt any of these men would have been happy if their wife and daughter were let back on the road in our condition.
I could have put my own spare back on and creeped to the next exit within 20 minutes, instead I waited for insufficient help and STILL had to go to next truck shop to recheck.
Thanks to a considerate serviceman at the TA Road Ready truck stop he had me aired up and safely back on road, and would not accept my money for his help.
DO NOT CALL WALKERS. Shame on you owner, dispatcher, Collin, Lonnie!
