For over 30 years I have been using the services of Wallkill Body Shop. A few weeks ago a deer struck my car and I needed their help again. I met the new owner/manager, Michael Paquette. Mr. Paquette assured me of the high quality of repair/service that I should expect. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed of the progress of the repair. My car was completed when expected along with it being expertly detailed to enhance their high quality of work. A few days after the repair I had a question which was answered immediately. Mr. Paquette and his staff are professional, courteous and take pride in their work. Needless to say, I will continue to be their customer for another 30 years!

We got into an accident on a Saturday at nd the tow truck picked up our car at about 5PM. We were told that the cost would be $65 and $3.50 for each additional mile. We were told that we can pick up our car probably Monday or Tuesday. We made arrangements to retrieve our vehicle on the Monday following the accident. The answering service told us that the facility was closed. We then called on Tuesday and spoke with the receptionist. She told us that the cost was $200 for towing--$125 plus $17 for each mile--and that we already owed 210 dollars for storage. According to our calculations, the towing cost should have been $82.50. We talked to someone else who said it was $125 plus $17.50. We were never given any information in writing or verbally up front about the storage costs and that we would be charged full storage on a vehicle that it was impossible to retrieve because the business was closed. The price we have to pay now equates to what it would have cost to tow it home.
