Provided by YP.com. I tried 3 different occasions to get an oil change.The first two times I was denied service because they said they had too many cars already.The third visit they accepted the car,took the keys and my cell# and said they would call when it was ready.Half hour later I walk over and the car was parked outside. went in to pay, car was denied service because it was too low to fit on the ramps.No call?? I drove away and found that while driving to Pep Boys(who had no prob with the car) the hood was not closed all the way and was flapping in the wind.

Provided by YP.comEver time I go to this store to pick up something it does not have it, so I go to the Roseville store and they allways have what I need. This store also has had me wating for 2 hrs. for work to be done on my car and then tell me that they can't do it, then I go to Roseville and they get to it right a way an fix it without telling me that they can't do it.....
