Every time my wife and I go here to attempt to get service on our cars they always tell us its about a 2 hour wait. Every single time. Doesn't matter what day it is. My wife has been trying to get an oil change and tire rotation on her van for a month now. She has been there 3 separate times to get this done and each time they have told her its a two hour wait. Second to the last time she was there they told her they weren't taking anymore cars for the day (she was there within at least an hour of closing). Whats the deal with this place? If they can't get proper staffing they need to close it all together. 2 hour waits all time is not acceptable. My wife and I will be taking our cars somewhere else from now on.

I waited 20 minuets to see if my daughter could get an eye exam. The one person that was working just kept passing by looking at me like I was stupid. She never asked me what I needed or how she could help me. After waiting 20 minuets she finally did ask me how she could help me. She never apologized for making me wait like that, even though it would've taken her 5 seconds to answer my question. I did go to customer service to complain. That woman was also very poorly trained in customer service, and laughed at my situation. If customer service is important to you shop somewhere else! I will NEVER shop at any Walmart ever again. I hope you join me. Paying a little more is ok. Walmart isn't worth the low price because they suck at customer service

this store is clean and well maintained The merchandise is well stocked and organized to find what you need quickly. Slow checkouts can be improved.

Everything at this Walmart is very cheaply made. In fact, it almost seems that all the workers know this so it is quite embarrassing when you check out. It's as if they are thinking, "There goes another cheap toaster." The class of people there are a lower-class too. I think they could improve by spending some of their income on improving the quality of their items.

I lover walmart. i love saving money and i love the fact that I can but everything in one place. the new store on middlebelt is huge abd bright and everyone is nice.
