"Service" from anyone here has to be demanded. Telephone - customer service is non-existent. Find a manger 'bell' them and then maybe something will happen within an hour or so....maybe...

This store is always crowded, parking is a lightmare and God forbid you go during a Cowboys game.

The Store is never clean and the customer service is so bad and the are rude and mean the lines are always on long. I would rather use my gas and go to the store on randoll mill or the two in forth worth.

I go here every Friday to cash my check since its just literally right around the corner from my work and there are no other check cashing places around, I must say -MOST- of the workers there.. in customer service anyway are pretty nice, but MAN they are SOOOO slow it takes me about 20 minutes just to cash my check...and its not just because they are busy but they lollygag around behind the counter...A fine example is today...We were in the middle of cashing my check when another coworker walked behind the counter and was looking for her cell phone...So the lady I was working with STOPPED what we were doing and was helping her look for her phone!!!! ARE U KIDDING ME? I was in a hurry I had already been waiting for 15 mintues as it was and still had 3 more places to stop while on lunch. Moral of the story if you are in a hurry dont use their customer service desk, you will be there FOREVER!! And the Ace check cashing place in there charges $10 to cash a $450 check that is $40 a month on check cashing...dont use them either!

I have tried to call the store phone number 4 different times today and no one has answered.

I like this store because of prices, service, and choice, but their parking is a problem most of the time.
