Walter installed our gate too high but instead of reinstalling the entire gate we decided to just replace the two latches because they weren't getting into the concrete. Also, after accepting the final payment he told me he'll bring caps for the two posts the next day. I absolutely had no idea caps are needed or they're not insalled. Since Walter is a licensed contractor and has "A" rating with BBB we decided to not to put stop on the check, but rather let him cash it and make the repairs later. Big mistake. Walter started giving us runaround, first he said the people who do powdercoating, he want them to do it for free because they did powdercoated our gate and it seems to be natural they should not charge him for the extra powdercoating. Then he said, he is on another job and wants to finish it before coming to us. And finally he said, he is coming and never showed up. Walter has to pay for his sins. So, please do not hire Walter's Wrought Iron for any of your iron needs. Let him ripe.
