0 stars!! I agree these people are scam artists. I have been called 3 times by them and have asked all 3 times not to be called again and advised we ARE on the "do not call" list. The first two times the callers told me they're exempt from the "do not call list" because they don't sell anything. The caller today admitted they did have products and services to sell if we wanted to improve our water quality after their free testing. I complained to the "do not call" website. Water testing is one of the worst areas for scam artists and these folks seem to fit right in.

Scam artists! They call people who are not on the do not call registry. If you have been called by them, complain! If you do they will get fined and get what they deserve... Unemployment!

They promise to bring you a gift card for some type of company. All you have to do is let one of their people come into your house and test the water at your kitchen sink and fill out a quick questionnaire. They say it only takes 15-20 minutes and that their sales guy/tech will bring the gift card with them. However, the reallity is that they take 2-3 hours of your time. They try to scare and pressure you into buying an $8k water purification system. Then they act like they are going to give you a deal by selling it to you for $6k. It gets better though. I told the guy we did not want to purchase at this time, and he kept asking me why. I kept telling him, but he didnt like my answer so he started trying to insinuate that Im being stupid and I told him not today, but thanks for coming by. After trying for literraly 10 minutes to get me to change my mind and quite a few awkward exchanges, the guy decided he was going to leave and wouldn't give me the gift card.
