Provided by YP.comI have never had customer service so bad that it has motivated me to write a review on the internet. That is until my experience dealing with Wayayeo. The owner was unprofessional and gave me endless excuses for his behavior. The thing that drove me over edge and motivated me to write this was after weeks of delays he told me my xbox was not a priority and I should quit whining. I was glad that I finally got my xbox back even though he had done none of the work I asked him to do.

Provided by YP.comWorst experience. Wouldn't Recommend it to others. My xbox wasn't repaired I then called and they said I'm sorry we will send you a shipping label. It's been 3 days and I called twice to remind them, but no email back or anything. I'm gonna have to fix it locally and pay less, and I probably won't get a refund. I'm pretty Fkn disappointed.

Provided by YP.comSent in two boxes for the famous "Glitch Hack" Took 5 days but Rudy kept me updated with the details. Just got them back and I so happy. Time to load my external Hard Drive with gamez. Awesomeness. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comNice and pleasant transaction. Brought in my PS3 for a ribbon cable I needed replaced and the piece where it goes repaired. I honestly didn't thing these guys could do much for me but he took it in and asked me to wait. Got it working in less than 20min and not only did he say there was no charge! I figured the least I could do is leave a good review. Thanks man, I'd be back in the near future.

Provided by YP.comSent 3 consoles over 4 months ago for different repairs and they are still running strong. It did take about a a week and a half to get them back but It was worth the wait. My family and I will certainly use this service again. Thanks a bunch Wayayeo :)

Provided by YP.comI bought 2 Xbox 360 consoles from the owner Frank Wayayeo (BTW Better business bureau states company owner as Frank Ruiz) at $250+ (plus $77 worth of backup service discs). 1 of the consoles was dead on arrival. I sent it back at my cost (another $16) because Frank said he'd send a replacement console out to me asap.
5 months later still nothing. No replacement 360 console. No backup service discs. He promises that it has been shipped repeatedly. Then its not shipped out. Then asks for more time. Then promises that it was shipped. And nothing. I have all the emails from him if you want proof. I am more than willing to share if it will help someone else to not get scammed like I did!
He never offered a refund or gave tracking confirmation that my stuff was shipped out. The last email I recieved from this seller a month and a half ago said something to the jist of 'If I just give him more time. I'll get all my stuff, I won't get scammed.' Yeah right...I should have never trusted this seller.
I am in process of pursuing legally to get my $ back. Oh and buyer beware seller has different phone numbers and many different addresses.
If you want to be out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it and a seller who will drop you on your backside without giving you what you paid for...take a chance with this guy/company.
Maybe he only cares about customers that physically have access to him in Texas?
If you live outside of Texas watch out.
You asked us to wait for replacement. Your consoles was shot dead and worked on before. We can't do miracles. You were treated with respect and all questions were answered.
