This company is rude and horrible. They left a man who just recently had surgery for blood clots sit and never showed up for him at Crystal River Mall. How dare you leave him stranded like his life didn't matter. Anyone need a Taxi, find another service. Mean people seriously stink.

I guess my money is NOT "good enough" if I don't look or dress to his expectations. Never again will I use his services.

I LOVE Wayne's Taxi!! Vans are always clean, drivers are always professional, courteous, and helpful. Owners make it a point to have drivers that are knowledgeable of the area, opening and closing times of bars, restaurants, stores, etc.

Owners are so helpful when it comes to persons needing help planning transportation with their vacations, weddings, etc. I have used them for 4 years now, for everything from weddings, bachelor parties, and airport transport, to nights on the town with my friends, and just shopping around town. I am SO grateful for Wayne's Taxi!! It's refreshing to know in this day and time, someone actually does what they say they will do, and then some. Thank you, Wayne's Taxi, for your outstanding service, and I hope we have you guys for many years to come. Sincerely, Mary
