Provided by YP.comWe have used WCA for 10 years, the last year we have had missed pickups frequently (at least once a month. We are a contracting business and need our dumpster emptied at least twice a week. In the last 6 months we had to call each week to have WCA empty the dumpster. We have sent a certified letterto the OKC office and a letter to the headquarters in Houston requesting cancellation of service and asked them to pick up the dumpster. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, you cannot pay your bill online, you cannot sign up for auto draft. The big concern is not being able to reach someone by phone.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service IF you can ever get anyone on the phone; dumpster doesn't get emptied weekly as promised; and when you finally get sick of their terrible way of doing business and cancel with them it takes MONTHS to get their dumpster picked up. Not to mention that their website is a piece of garbage (pun intended) that doesn't allow customers to pay their bill online. Cliff notes version: DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

Provided by YP.comI paid for 3 months service but moved and canceled my service after 6 weeks. When I called they said I would receive a refund for the unused 6 weeks. When It didn't arrive I contacted them. I was then informed I wouldn't receive a refund because it wasn't their policy. I contacted BBB and they said mail was returned unanswered.
Don't use them if you can avoid it.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. Angela is one of the rudest people you can speak to and she never wants to answer any of your questions. Never get credit when trash is not picked up and always a million excuses why it wasn't picked up and why a credit can't be given. My mom needed her account put in my name and she had to cancel her account and I had to start a new one. She called to get a credit for the 11 days that she had already paid for and was told that there was no reason why she should get a credit. Filed a BBB complaint against them and was called and told that she would get a refund check but it was going to come out of my account. That's not a refund if it comes out of my account and I have to pay it again. If you don't have to use this company then don't and if you do, try and find another trash company.

Provided by YP.comOne of the most confused, unprofessional, group of liars you will find. You will never get picked up on your service date, might be a week or two later. On top of if you do get picked up you will have a junk truck leaking oil from front to back all over your concrete. Dont get suckered in to a contract with this fine place, be careful who you choose out there.
