I have used the service three times and have been happy with the cleaning crews. They have been on time and thorough doing everything i have requested. I would recommend them and the price is right.

My family has been using we clean America for years and we have always been satisfied. I hired them to do a basic cleaning of my large house, 2 people cleaning for 3 hours, it was really reasonably priced and they went so far above and beyond any other cleaning service I have ever used. Angelina did a DEEP cleaning that usually you need to pay extra for-they even cleaned the inside of the fridge! They were super time efficient and kind and I will definitely be using we clean America for all future cleanings of my house!

I had a husband/wife team who came to the rescue on time and fully prepared for anything and everything!
Luis and Anna came to do a "Deep Clean" and did more in three hours then I could have done in two weeks on my own.

For 5 months, they have done a better than average job and their price is very reasonable. The maids are fast, efficient and friendly. The quality of service seems to depend on the crew they send. For example, one time I noticed that dusting is a little lacking. But overall we're happy with their work.

They showed up on time, worked non-stop, and did a great job! Highly recommended. Thanks!

I really had no choice on a Sunday afternoon but to try we clean America....

I had unexpected company! I am so thankful that I was able to schedule a cleaning crew on such short notice... With no extra fees (it was a Sunday)!!! I admit I was very skeptical because of all the reviews. But to my surprise they did a great job! I don't understand all these other reviews where they steal or brake stuff but wow! The rep Kathy on Sunday helped me set up the appointment anc gave me a good crew that did an excellent job! So good I use we clean America on a monthly basis (that's all I can afford. ;) ) so I pay $70 monthly and whenever I reffer someone I get either movie tickets (amc!) or a discount on my next cleaning (relief because again I can't afford more then one cleaning a month).call me lucky I guess! But I will definitely reffer them and let everyone know how good they have been to me!!

Terrible agency, they don't screen or train their employees (to be exact - independent contractors) and are not responsible for their actions. So all damages and theft - not their responsibility. Might as well get someone from a street to clean your house and carry out stuff with no consequences.. Manager Francisco is extremely rude and unprofessional - stay away from this company! I am surprised they are still in business..

Avoid this company like the plague! Even if you have a good experience once or a few times, this is as bad as it gets. They send shady and/or scared cleaners. Aside from assigning a cleaning crew, they provide no service whatsoever. They do not communicate with the cleaning crew about scheduling and mixups occur regularly. They lie with almost no provocation. They have a culture of lying and saying that they will call back but not intending to. The last straw for me---don't ask me why I stuck it out so long---was when they stained my kitchen floor and refused to send the crew on the next scheduled visit with a more powerful than usual cleaner. Oh, and the crew that made the stain took my mop head, placed the mop so I wouldn't notice it, and didn't tell me. Whenever you call We Clean America once you are a customer, expect to be on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes.
