Awful Experience

If you are looking for bad customer service, incompetent, and uninsured movers this is the company for you. Their truck actually broke down on the highway with my furniture on the vehicle and these movers don't even have roadside assistance! The price is low, but you pay for what you get, I would rather pay more money then to ever deal with a situation like this again. The owner, Mrs. Haley, doesn't even take responsibility for her company's mishaps. If you hire young men to work for you, then you need to make sure their pants are not hanging off their bottoms and they no how to communicate with your clients. I have never used a moving service before and this company makes me never want to do it again. I was completely inconvenienced by this company for over 2 hours on the side of the highway, because this company doesn't even have insurance to get their vehicle towed. They even had a hand-written contract! The spelling and everything was all messed up. This company gives me a head-ache when I think of what they put me through, and not once has anyone (Mrs.Haley.owner) called to apologize or anything. Her movers didn't even have cell phone service out the local calling area, what kind of business are they running? A MESS!!
