Provided by YP.comSteve Webb is a bully. I had my truck and trailer in for Mkie Webb to fix...Steve decided to put a chemical on the side of my trailer that stripped the finish off. Now I have a big white area on the side of my horse trailer and the Webb;s refuse to fix!!!! They are not ethical people to deal with. When I was trying to talk to Steve Webb about it he went off on me...calling me crazy...I am crazy because I expect him to fix the problem he created. I will be filing a suit against him, reporting him to the BBB and may picket the company. The fix will cost me about $2000. Needless to say I am very upset. Do not use these people...or at least be aware of their horrible business practices.

Provided by YPmobileSorry you had such a hard time understanding towing your motor home. We do not like towing them there when the owner is not present. Yes your husband steered the motor home onto the trailer do to the fact I was soaking wet from hooking it up in heavy rain and did not want to get the inside wet as well. You were told 150.00 per hr port to port that means from the time I leave to the time I get back. Your husband is the one that said follow me then he takes off. You were also asked if there would be any riders your reply was no so yes I did take my kid it is a normal thing in the towing business. I also tried to explain to you If owed you any time in 15 minute intervals I would credit your card back. The weather was horrible and traffic was just as bad both ways. Of course I am not taking a credit card after you caused me out in front of my ten year old daughter (very classy by the way). I understand breaking down is stressful we have been in business for nearly 40 years so we understand customer service. You were out of line did not want to pay your bill that is why I reworked and the police was called. I do not waste time when customers drop the F bomb and threaten to sue us after taking good care of your motor home. You husband was a very nice man and understood he even tried to explain it to you. For future tows you might have ask questions if you do not completely understand the price quote. we do thank you for your business sorry the call ended the way it did. John Fenshaw

Provided by YP.comMy experience with Webb's Towing started when my RV broke down on I-4 in Lakeland. First when I called, the dispatcher had to call me back to find out when the RV tow driver could get to us. They called back and said four hours. So, we jumped in our mini-van and drove home.
Then we were told that we would have to drive back to the RV because they don't do unaccompanied tows. So, when they called my husband drove the 30 minutes back to where the RV was broke down.
My husband had to assist their driver in loading the RV...it is a good thing that we didn't need a lift...the tow truck had two bucket seats and the drivers son was with...so, no room for my husband anyhow.
Then, after the RV was loaded, my husband headed to home...we got a call from the driver dispatcher...the driver was all mad that my husband took off and he wanted to follow him back to the house. THEN, they called my husband and made my husband wait on the side of the road for tow driver to catch up.
The real fun started when the tow driver got to our house. Again, my husband had to help unload...and then out 375 tow was changed to being 495 dollars!!!!! I told the driver I disagreed with the price and I was calling his dispatch. Because I called his dispatcher, HE DECIDED IT NOW HAD TO BE CASH!!!!
While I was talking to his dispatch, he rehooked my rv. When I refused to let him finish reloading it, he called the cops.
My husband had to run to the gas station, pull money out of two separate accounts, and come back...because the tow driver had a hook on our RV the police called that 'possession".
Use this company at your own risk. They don't track their time, charge out at 150 an hour, claim it will take them twice as long to get back to their shop, and force you to cash pay AND call the police if you don't have the absurd amount on you.

Provided by SuperpagesI have a HUGE class A motorhome. I broke down in Kissimmee and Webb's was dispatched. These guys were awesome!!! They took the time to careful assess the safest way to tow my rig and even saved me a ton of money by repairing the issue that caused the breakdown. They towed me all the way from Kissimmee to Lakeland without a scratch to my Huge, Expensive motorhome. They also have a great service center that took care of me well. I completely trust them and they guys that work there. I have a Class A Bounder Motorhome that has a front, gas engine and they towed from the rear as they should have. They were even able to let me keep my scooter on the back which saved me alot of work and hassle. I would trust them again and, in fact, I am about to call and schedule a service appt. for the same motorhome. It is great to find honest, hard working people who care about the job they do. Webb's certainly does. Thank you!!

Provided by SuperpagesI was just supposed to have my motorcycle towing to a key replacement company to have a new key made. Instead, when I arrive to pick up my motorcyle I find that it has been dropped and damaged. I have a full dressed honda goldwing. When I went to pick up my bike, the rearview mirror was knocked off, the fiberglass dressings are cracked and chipped, and the new paint job has scratches and scrapes all along the side. I found out (after a complete run-around) that the driver of the tow truck dropped the bike when he released the straps that were holding it down. Now the "manager" tells me that they have a lawyer, I should get one of my own!! What nerve! All I want them to do is fix what their driver damaged! Nothing more and nothing less. Now it's spring and I cant even enjoy my motorcycle!
