Dennis cleaned and restored the grout in our hallway that was 33 years . It looks brand new. He did EVERYTHING as he described and I will highly recommend him for his work and integrity.
Any bad review would be a result of the homeowner because Dennis is a completely honorable person!!

Numerous tiles had come loose on our kitchen and foyer floors. We were told by one specialist in the field that it could not be fixed and that we should just rip up the floor and put in a wood floor, which would have cost us thousands of dollars. I called Dennis, we made an appointment, and he came exactly when he said he would (a rare event in today's world). He examined the problem, gave a reasonable explanation of what he believed to be the cause, offered a solution, and gave a very fair price for the work. He came when he said he would to do the work and did a superb job. He was very professional in every aspect of this project and was great to work with. We plan to have him do some other tile projects for us.

After years of dirt and grease build up on our tile floors we were unable to get them clean. We called Dennis and after a few tests, cleaning the floors turned out to be a greater challenge then we anticipated. Dennis did not give up. After a few more visits and a lot of research, (on Dennis' part) he found a method and cleaner that was able to make the floors at our business presentable again. Dennis definately went above and beoyond to get the job done. We will definately do business with Dennis again.

Dennis came gave us a fair estimate, was extremely knowledgable and made good sense suggestions. When he came back he was on time went right to work. You could see he took great pride in his workmanship. When he completed he asked if we had any questions or concerns, we were totally pleased. The rugs, chairs and couch looked like new again. I would certainly recommend Dennis for your restoration needs.

I gave Wellspring Restorations five stars because of the contractors' commitment in getting the work done. While Dennis was in my home completing the job for which I contracted him for, additional problems kept coming up in my home. I told Dennis about them and he had no problems with taking on the additional work. He was courteous and helpful and answered all of my concerns. I would definitely call Wellspring Restorations for any work that I may need done in the future.
