Could I give less than 1 star, I would. We ordered doors through Lowe's at the begining of January and they got this company to install them. This company has EXTREMELY poor customer service. February our doors were in so they came out to install them. Doors were the wrong size which wasn't their fault since they didn't measure the doors, Lowes did. Well doors were reordered and then when they came back in, this company made a date to install them. Date came they canceled due to weather. Rescheduled for the middle of March. This company again rescheduled "due to weather" and wanted to reschedule for the first of April. We told them that wasn't acceptable being that it wasn't supposed to rain until that evening and waiting weeks again to have our doors installed wasn't acceptable. The guy was very rude when saying we didn't fit HIS schedule. We called Lowe's to complain about the installers they chose for us they said they have had several issues with this company and will most likely no longer be using them. We were given different installers. In conclusion, if you chose to go with this company you may get your stuff done eventually but you will not get any kind of decent customer service.
