West Engineering Systems, LLC take projects from concept to engineering, programming, delivering of complete control systems, and commissioning. In addition, West Engineering Systems, LLC provides engineering field service modification of existing control and HMI systems. Projects include but are not limited to: PLC?s, HMI?s, AC/DC drives, and servos. Specialty areas are servo control system including synchronized and standalone motion control systems. Servo systems include electronic gearing, camming, profiles, positioning and home sequences. Servo systems include food packaging equipment, napkin and paper ream wrappers, product sorting, and automated product cutting equipment. PLC and HMI systems include automation of factory wide system, stand alone machinery, along with batching processing. Plant wide automation include food and beverage automation that includes PLC, drives and HMI control of batch processing and clean in place (CIS) routines. Drive systems include web handling, conveyor systems, and pump control. Web handling experience includes flexographic press control retrofits and the control system for treater and melamine lines. Experience includes troubleshooting of various control systems that were returned to production after being down.
