Experiencing the trauma and devastating loss of a house fire is something you can't fully understand unless you've gone through it. My family and I had a house fire in June of 2009. We could have easily gone with the contractor our insurance company suggested but after visiting Great Western's website and meeting Mark we knew who our contractor would be. Mark gave us so many great tips because he had gone through a house fire... One tip actually led us to have our property taxes reduced while our home was under construction. My daughters lost all their toys and were ecstatic when two My Little Ponies arrived; keep in mind this was before we agreed to work with Great Western. We truly felt taken care and cared about. We had tons of questions throughout the rebuilding process and we never felt ignored or talked down to by any of the staff. Stewart, was an amazing go-to person, when our insurance company tried to wiggle out of certain coverage Great Western fought for us to make sure we were covered. Great Western was even able to find ways for us to get some really nice upgrades and even make our home larger without having to pay anything out of pocket. I would recommend them to any and everyone who has experienced a fire or other home damage. Despite the devastation we experienced we are now enjoying a beautiful new home. You would never know it was originally built in 1908!

They finished their job after many pointless return trips and miscalculations. Need to be more organized. Would probably not use them again, but the end product is acceptable.
