If you don't live in River Ranch, don't waste your time. I only wanted a closet added to my home and the quote was $75,000. Granted I wanted to know what i could do to remain within my budget. I would have nixed the upgrade my master bath.

But the response I received was " my initial calculations are estimated at $75,000, get the other guy to do it.

Mike asked me what was my budget, I responded, I don't know I'm asking you to bid....he wanted a blank check. Said $300 per square ft to add the closet.
