They do not accept credit cards. They do not accept checks. If you want to do business with this company then a person needs to go to the storage lot with a large amount of cash. They will charge a $150 to Tow, $75 processing fee, and $25 the first day and each following day, including the last day. Most tow companies accept credit cards and do not charge 1st day storage. Police called them for my wife. After knowing their practices that make it difficult for customers and they charge every possible thing they can, I would never recommend them to a friend. Never again.

I understand that the rules of the apartment complex makes the residents responsible but that does not give them an excuse to be rude. When calling to verify if they have your vehicle they were very rude. The day prior they wouldn't even tell us if they did in fact have our vehicle because they close at 5 and when we realized that the car was gone because it was a loaner from the dealership and I had the day off which is why we didn't realize that morning it was almost 5:20. When it rain Claremont Dr floods really bad. They don't care about this and still charge the storage fee for your car being there even though you can't get to them. The lady that answers the phones is the only one who is able to take a payment. If she is not there you have to wait. I guess on this day she had the phones forwarded to her personal phone because she answers as if she is there but we get there finally and we find out that she is on her way in. We had to wait over 2 hours to get our vehicle because of rude people and bad business practices. Seems like they were hoping that no one would come so they can get more money. They were even hoping we would get our car stuck so that we would have to rely on them to get it out. I've dealt with towing companies in the past and I've never been treated so disrespectfully or had any experience remotely close to this. The worse by far.

If a person is living in an apartment complex, it is their responsibility to read their contracts and understand them completely before signing a lease. If it is a requirement that a resident or visitor of said complex to have a parking pass, and the resident or visitor fails to obtain a pass, then that person has no one to blame but themselves for not following the contract. The towing company has obtained a contract with the complex to tow anyone violating the lease regulations. Therefore, it is in fact NOT a discriminatory practice, but instead a "finder" of rule breakers. So, instead of attacking a business for doing their job, how about follow the rules and you won't be out any money for breaking them.
