I am a 30+ year experienced Special Education teacher. Besides having full classroom teaching experience, I have also been tutoring students for most of these 30 years. I offer academic support in all subject areas along with study and organizational support. I am also fully certified in the multi-sensory reading method, Orton Gilllingham. I will work one on one with students to help improve their reading skills. I offer pre and post test to all students that I work with. I have found the Orton method to be a valuable tool for all ages of student who are struggling with their reading: elementary, high school and adult struggling readers.
